when used outdoor. The sun, heat, wind, rain, cold, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons
Hotel Room Decor: Please clean up before departure to avoid any additional hotel charges. If you would like us to go back and clean before you leave there will be an additional charge and should be scheduled in advance.
Mandatory Event hotel parking will be an additional charge if there is an event on the day of setup.
All orders must be paid in full 2 days prior to event.
All rental items require a deposit that will be returned upon pick up, rentals must be free of any damage
